Dr. Khitam Shraim the director of Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at An-Najah University participated in training course entitled "Integrated Skills in the preparation and training of trainers", which was held in Aqaba in Jordan during the period from 12 - 05/16/2011.
The aim of this training course is to provide participants with all information and the basic concepts about training and preparation of trainers, also aimed to give participants the skills necessary to do training and training activities and the promotion of effective positive attitudes towards the importance of training in the development of the human race.
It should be noted that this session organization oversaw by the International Association of Grant Ford, attended by 19 participants from its program who are working in different institutions in Palestine. The company Arbilla for consulting and training help implementation of this session by Jordanian trained Dr. Maali Akrosh.
