The Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching Participates in the International Society for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning ISSOTL

In cooperation with the Searle Center for Teaching Excellence at the Northwestern University in the United States, the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at An-Najah University participated in the “International Society for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning ISSOTL” Conference .

Dr. Gregory Light, Director of the Searle Center for Teaching Excellence, presented a paper titled “A Sustainable and Collaborative Model of Excellence and Innovation” on behalf of An-Najah and Northwestern universities.

I his presentation, Dr. Light spoke about the development and modification of a model for training members of the faculty staff at An-Najah on organizing workshops that focus excellence-related areas such as e-learning, modern teaching and evaluation methods, critical and analytical thinking among other. The paper also focused on the idea of sharing the design and management of these workshops
